The Church was started by Frans & Elsabè Lategan in 2000.

The mission of The Church is to preach the Word of God to its members, the winning of the unsaved to Christ, encouraging young Christians to develop their spiritual life and instructing the children in the Word of God.

 We place strong emphasis on the nurturing of spiritual growth through teaching and preaching the saving work of Christ on the cross and the work of Christ on the throne of heaven. The reason for starting The Church was to provide a safe atmosphere in which believers can experience freedom in Christ and learn their identity and spiritual position in Christ.

What we Believe

We use the Bible as our foundation. We believe that God the Father loved the world so much that He sent his only son Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for all our sins. He rose from the dead after three days, so that we can have eternal life. We believe the Holy Spirit was sent to be our teacher, counsellor and friend.

We believe that your life is your ministry.  You can live for God, wherever you are and in everything you do.  We minister at home, on the job, doing sport etc.
